Ground, Access And Setup
Pad: Level ground about 12x18.
Access: Roughly 12 feet of clear path and gate width. This is the thing people forget. The building has to physically travel from the road to the spot, and a fence gate or a tight corner decides that before the price ever does.
Leveling: free setup covers up to 3 feet of fall on blocks you supply. Upstate ground rolls more than people expect — measure corner to corner across the spot rather than eyeballing it.
