90 Days Same As CashRent-to-own works like paying for a storage unit, except at the end of it you own the building and it is sitting in your own backyard. There is no credit check and no application to be turned down for — you pay a security deposit plus your first month up front, and the building gets delivered.
The deposit is 5% of the price of the building. On a $3,000 shed that is $150 to get it delivered and set up.
Pick 36, 48 or 60 months. Pay it off early and you get a discount; pay it off inside 90 days and you pay the cash price and nothing more. Need out at any point? Turn the building in — nothing is reported to the credit bureaus, so there is no damage to your credit either way.

Rent To Own Questions
Do you run a credit check?
No. We never run credit and we never will. There is no application to be turned down for, no hard inquiry, and nothing that touches your credit report.
What do I need to get started?
A security deposit and your first month's payment. That is it. Bring a photo ID and pick your building.
How much is the deposit?
It is 5% of the price of the building. On a $3,000 shed that is $150. Every building in the table above shows its exact deposit.
What terms can I choose?
36, 48 or 60 months. A shorter term costs less overall; a longer term lowers the monthly payment. You can see all three side by side above.
When do I actually own it?
On the 36-month plan the building is yours after 35 consecutive monthly payments. The 48 and 60-month plans work the same way over their term.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes, and you should if you can — early payoff comes with a discount. There is no penalty for paying ahead.
What is 90 days same as cash?
If you pay the balance in full within the first 90 days, you pay the cash price and nothing more. It is the cheapest way to do rent-to-own.
What if I can't keep it?
Turn the building in. There is no damage to your credit, no collections and no strings, because there was never a loan in the first place.
Does any of this affect my credit score?
No. Nothing is reported to the credit bureaus — not the agreement, not your payments, and not a turn-in.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Free delivery and setup within 30 miles of our lot, including leveling up to 3 ft using customer-supplied blocks. That applies whether you rent to own or buy outright.
How soon will I get it?
Buildings on our lot are usually delivered in 1–2 weeks, weather permitting. A custom-built order takes about 3–5 weeks.
Do I need a permit?
Sometimes. Permits, HOA rules and property covenants are the customer's responsibility, so check with your county or HOA before delivery day. Our delivery checklist walks you through what to look at.
Can I pay with a card?
Yes. Credit and debit cards are accepted for the deposit and for the monthly payments.
