Building Delivery Checklist

Getting your new building delivered is easy — we just need your yard ready and your OK on the delivery terms below. Read each item, check the box to confirm, then print your name and sign in the signature box with your mouse or finger. When you hit send, a signed copy comes straight to us and we pass it along to your delivery driver.

Delivery will require an opening at least 2' wider than the width of the shed (this includes moving between fence posts, trees, houses, etc.)Delivery will require at least 14' in height (this includes overhang of house, power lines, tree limbs, etc.)Blocks (for leveling) can be purchased from the driver at $4.50/block, or the customer can provide blocks (minimum 2" cap block)There will be a $150 re-delivery fee if the driver attempts the delivery and the yard is not prepared for delivery ("able to be delivered" is left to the discretion of the driver)Old Hickory Buildings, along with any of its associates, is not responsible for cutting limbs, removing fence posts, or clearing any easements, pathways, or trails for the unit to be delivered.Delivery time frame IS ONE TO TWO WEEKS, WEATHER PERMITTING!There must be someone 18+ years old with an ID present at the time of delivery, or the building will be returned to the lot and a re-delivery fee will be assessed.
