Wheeler Supplies LLC is an authorized Old Hickory Buildings dealer at 3500 Chesnee HWY, Chesnee, SC 29323. That is not a reseller arrangement or a drop-ship listing — the buildings are on our lot, we handle the order, the delivery and the rent-to-own paperwork, and you have a local phone number to call afterward.
Old Hickory builds a wide catalog and we can order any of it. What we keep on the lot is the part people actually buy: Utility buildings, Lofted Barns, Lofted Garages, Cabanas, Utility Dormers and Animal Shelters, in 8x12 up to 12x28. Wall styles run from Economy Smart Panel through LP Smart Panel and treated T1-11, with metal roofs in a range of colors.
Anything we do not have, we order. A custom build to your exact spec — size, siding, roof color, door placement, windows, shelving — takes about 3–5 weeks. A building already sitting on our lot is usually delivered in 1–2 weeks, weather permitting.
Design Your Own Building See What Is On The Lot
Every building we sell can be done rent-to-own with no credit check — 5% deposit plus the first month, then 36, 48 or 60 months. Pay it off inside 90 days and you pay the cash price and nothing more. Turn it in any time and nothing goes on your credit report, because there was never a loan. See the exact monthly payment on every building we have.
Free within 30 miles of our lot, including placement and leveling up to 3 feet using customer-supplied blocks. We deliver across northern Spartanburg County, Cherokee County, and into Rutherford and Cleveland County in North Carolina — see the full service area. Further out is not a problem, there is just a delivery charge, and we quote it before you commit.
A shed is one of the few things left where seeing it in person genuinely changes your mind. Floor plans read differently when you are standing in them. Wall height reads differently. Whether a 10-wide is enough reads completely differently once you have walked into one with a tape measure.
We have every building on this lot open. Come pull the doors, stand inside, and figure out what you actually need before anybody talks about money. It costs you a drive.
